Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is currently revising the guidance document entitled “Guidance for Industry: A Labeling Guide for Restaurants and Other Retail Establishments Selling Away-From-Home Foods,” dated April 2008. We are revising this guidance document in order to make changes in light of FDA’s issuance of final rules forNutrition Labeling of Standard Menu Items in Restaurants and Similar Retail Food EstablishmentsandCalorie Labeling of Articles of Food in Vending Machines(published in the Federal Register on December 1, 2014 – see 79 FR 71155 and 79 FR 71259).
