Welcome to BioRegHub, operated by BioRegHub ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the BioRegHub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

BioRegHub is a regulatory intelligence platform that provides access to FDA regulatory data, guidance documents, enforcement actions, and AI-powered research tools. Our services include:

  • Regulatory Insights dashboards with real-time data from FDA, MFDS, and ICH sources.
  • An AI-powered chatbot for querying regulatory information.
  • CFR and guidance document browsing through the Regulatory Explorer.
  • Regulatory analytics and reporting tools.

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but BioRegHub is an informational tool and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of BioRegHub require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription terms, including billing cycles and renewal policies, are presented at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from BioRegHub without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology on BioRegHub are the property of BioRegHub or its licensors. Public regulatory data sourced from FDA, MFDS, and ICH remains in the public domain. Our platform's original analysis, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BioRegHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Information provided is complete, accurate, or current.
  • The platform will meet your specific requirements.

Regulatory information on BioRegHub is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional regulatory or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioRegHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BioRegHub, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BioRegHub at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of BioRegHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
